Evelina Rönnbäck is a freelance photographer who found her passion for photography at an early age, and who started her own company directly after finalizing a media program at an upper secondary school in The City of Umeå, Sweden. The photos by Evelina Rönnbäck are widely used in Sweden in a variety of media contexts and organizations, for example national and regional newspapers, television, photo agencies etc. Evelina Rönnbäck has traveled to, and worked in, many, countries in different parts of the world. In some of these countries she has worked with humanitarian assistance, as well as with her camera portraying livelihood situations for vulnerable and marginalized groups affected by different forms of violence. Such examples is the work as a volunteer with disaster management in Nepal 2015, and a photographic project in Kakuma refugee camp, Kenya 2014.  These examples, as well as others, have received public attention in media and through an exhibition at Väven – a cultural centre in The City of Umeå – that she produced herself. ADEP Ltd has collaborated with Evelina Rönnbäck in international development projects in Kenya and Uganda, as well as in the work with the website for the company, and the newly established organizations Another Development Foundation. Evelina Rönnbäck is also active as a downhill skier and a surfer.
